Appointments, health records, and care preferences have separate entry points. Patient access is not connected yet; the portal does not display or accept personal health information.

Patient access is separate

Hospital workforce roles do not automatically grant patient portal access. Patient identity, caregiver relationships, consent, and record access require their own verified controls before launch.
