What is Bio Ecko?

BioEcko is a cloud-based healthcare ERP platform designed for hospitals, clinics, and solo practitioners across India. It brings patient management, appointments, OPD workflows, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, administration, and reporting into one browser-based system.

For small clinics, BioEcko can start in a focused Solo Doctor or Small Clinic operating mode. That mode keeps the first workflow simple: register patients, schedule or check them in, manage the OPD queue, review doctor worklists, prepare billing drafts, and activate more capabilities as the clinic is ready.

Solo doctors and small clinics typically begin with these public workflows:

  1. Patient Registration -- Register patients and keep one patient record across visits.
  2. Appointments -- Schedule, reschedule, and check in patients.
  3. OPD Visits -- Run the OPD queue and status-only encounter flow unless full clinical writes are activated.
  4. Front Desk Hub -- Give reception one screen for registrations, appointments, check-in, and queue status.
  5. Doctor Hub -- Give the doctor one screen for OPD queue, follow-ups, pending reports, and active prescription context.
  6. Billing -- Create and review billing drafts; live payments, receipts, refunds, and ledger posting require BioEcko activation.
  7. Basic reports -- Review patient volume and operating status without exposing advanced hospital modules.
