Overview

Corporate Accounts manages credit relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and institutional partners. These accounts allow employees of partner organisations to receive healthcare services on credit, with periodic settlement billing.

Account Setup

Navigate to Billing > Corporate Accounts > New Account:

  1. Enter the corporate name, account type (Corporate, Government, PSU, Trust).
  2. Set credit limit and payment terms (days).
  3. Enter contact person, email, phone, and GST number.
  4. Configure discount percentage applicable to the corporate's employees.
  5. Upload the MOU/agreement document.
  6. Activate the account.

Billing & Settlement

Corporate billing workflow:

  • Employees present their corporate ID during registration.
  • Services are billed to the corporate account (not the individual).
  • Monthly or fortnightly invoice generated for all services consumed.
  • Invoice shows employee-wise breakup of charges.
  • Track outstanding balance against credit limit.
  • Payment receipts recorded against corporate invoices.
  • Overdue alerts when payment terms are breached.

Notes

Tip

Set up credit limit alerts at 80% utilization. This gives time to notify the corporate before the limit is breached and services need to be halted.
