Logging In

Navigate to your Bio Ecko URL and enter your registered email and password. If your organization has multiple branches, you will be asked to select your working branch after login.

For security, sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity. You will be asked to log in again.

First-Time Setup Wizard

When you log in for the first time after creating your organization, the setup wizard guides you through essential configuration:

1. Clinic profile -- Logo, letterhead details, and registration numbers
2. Consultation fees -- Default OPD consultation fee, follow-up fee, and procedure charges
3. Working hours -- Define your clinic's operating schedule
4. Service catalog -- Add your common services (consultation, ECG, dressing, injection, etc.)
5. Medicine catalog -- Import or add commonly prescribed medicines

You can skip any step and configure it later from Settings.

Customizing Your Dashboard

After setup, your dashboard shows role-specific quick actions:

• Doctors see: Today's appointments, patient queue, recent prescriptions
• Receptionists see: Upcoming appointments, walk-in registration, billing shortcuts
• Owners see: Revenue summary, patient statistics, staff overview

The dashboard adapts automatically based on your role -- no configuration needed.

Setting Up Your Clinic Profile

Go to Settings > Clinic Profile to configure:

• Clinic logo -- appears on prescriptions, bills, and reports
• Letterhead details -- clinic name, address, phone, email, website
• Registration numbers -- medical establishment registration, GST number
• Bank details -- for payment receipts and UPI QR code
• Prescription footer -- custom text printed at the bottom of every prescription
