Overview
Clinic Mode is the admin page for choosing the facility operating pattern: Solo Practice, Small Clinic, Nursing Home, Hospital, or Hospital Chain. For outpatient-first clinics, it keeps the workflow centered on registration, appointments, OPD queue, prescriptions where activated, billing draft, and basic reporting.

Solo Practice mode
Solo Practice is intended for one doctor and a small support team. The default workflow is General department, quick registration, OPD, prescriptions where activated, and basic billing draft. It pairs with Solo Doctor & Small Clinic, Front Desk Hub, Doctor Hub, and Billing.
Small Clinic mode
Small Clinic is intended for multiple doctors and staff at one branch. It adds queue-oriented workflow and optional lab, radiology, or pharmacy training surfaces. Live diagnostics, pharmacy inventory, payment collection, receipts, claims, and ledger posting require BioEcko activation before they should be used as production workflows.
Solo doctor essentials checklist
The organization admin page includes a Solo doctor essentials setup checklist. Complete these items before staff training:
- Clinic profile and branch details.
- Doctor profile and medical registration placeholder.
- Receptionist and billing/admin role assignment.
- Working hours and appointment types.
- Consultation charge and billing draft review.
- Patient portal basics, if enabled.
- Subscription package and upgrade review with BioEcko.
What Clinic Mode does not do
Clinic Mode does not automatically activate every hospital workflow. IPD, live inventory, online payments, ledger posting, file-vault documents, full clinical documentation writes, diagnosis/prescription/order writes, and advanced hospital modules remain activation-required. If the app shows a restricted, review, draft, or activation state, confirm with BioEcko before using that action for live operations.

Clinic Mode is an operating profile and navigation simplification. Activation still controls which sensitive writes and financial workflows are available.
