Overview
The Subscription & Licensing module manages your Bio Ecko plan, module entitlements, user licenses, and billing. Platform admins can view current plan details, upgrade/downgrade, purchase add-on modules, and manage payment methods.
Plans & Pricing
Bio Ecko offers tiered plans:
- Starter -- Solo practitioners and small clinics (up to 3 users, core modules)
- Professional -- Multi-doctor clinics and nursing homes (up to 25 users, extended modules)
- Enterprise -- Hospitals and chains (unlimited users, all modules, SLA support)
- Custom -- Large hospital networks with tailored configurations
Each plan includes a base set of modules. Additional modules can be purchased as add-ons. User counts can be adjusted monthly.
Module Entitlements
View and manage active modules:
- See all modules included in your plan
- Enable/disable optional modules from your entitlement
- Purchase add-on modules (e.g., Blood Bank, PACS, BI Analytics)
- Trial mode for modules you want to evaluate (14-day free trial)
- Module usage statistics (active users per module, last accessed)
Disabling a module hides it from the sidebar but retains all data. Re-enabling restores full access.
User Licenses
Manage user capacity:
- View current user count vs. licensed limit
- Add users (prorated billing for mid-cycle additions)
- Deactivate users to free up licenses
- Concurrent user tracking for shared workstations
- Named user vs. concurrent user licensing options
- License utilization report
Billing & Invoices
Manage subscription payments:
- View current and past invoices
- Update payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI)
- Download GST-compliant invoices
- Annual prepayment discount option
- Auto-renewal settings
- Payment failure alerts and grace period management
Notes
Tip
Use the 14-day module trial to evaluate advanced modules before purchasing. Trial data is retained when you convert to a paid add-on.
Clinic tip
The Starter plan covers everything a solo doctor needs. Upgrade to Professional only when you add more doctors or need specialty modules.
