Bio Ecko works in all modern browsers:

Google Chrome 90 or later (recommended)
Mozilla Firefox 88 or later
Apple Safari 14 or later
Microsoft Edge 90 or later

Internet Explorer is not supported.

Device Requirements

Bio Ecko is fully responsive and works on:

Desktop computers and laptops (any operating system)
Tablets (iPad, Android tablets) -- ideal for consultation rooms
Smartphones (iOS and Android) -- for on-the-go access to appointments and patient records

Minimum screen resolution: 320px width (mobile). For the best experience, we recommend a screen width of 1024px or more for desktop use.

Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required. Minimum recommended speed:

2 Mbps for basic operations (patient lookup, appointment booking)
5 Mbps for image-heavy workflows (radiology, dental imaging)
10 Mbps for video consultations (telemedicine)

Bio Ecko is optimized for Indian internet conditions and works well on 4G mobile data.

Printers

For printing prescriptions, bills, and reports, any standard printer works:

A4 and A5 paper sizes are supported
Thermal printers (58mm/80mm) for bill receipts
Both USB and network printers are compatible

Printing is handled through your browser's built-in print dialog.
