The POS (Point of Sale) module handles over-the-counter medicine sales that do not originate from a doctor's prescription. Walk-in customers can purchase medicines directly from your pharmacy counter.
Using POS
- Open the POS terminal
- Search and add medicines to the cart
- Select batch and quantity
- Apply discounts if applicable
- Select payment method
- Generate and print the bill/receipt
POS sales are tracked separately in revenue reports so you can distinguish between prescription dispensing revenue and counter sales.
