The Fleet Management module tracks hospital vehicles including ambulances, staff transport, and logistic vehicles. It manages vehicle assignments, driver rosters, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and trip logging.

Vehicle Registry

Vehicle details: Registration number, make, model, year, vehicle type (Ambulance BLS/ALS/MICU, Staff Bus, Utility Van, Admin Car).
Equipment inventory (for ambulances): Defibrillator, oxygen cylinder, stretcher, medications.
Insurance: Policy number, validity, premium, renewal reminders.
Fitness certificate: Validity tracking with renewal alerts.
Permit details: For ambulances and transport vehicles.

Driver Management

Manage driver assignments:

Driver registry: Licence details, validity, endorsements, training certifications.
Shift roster: Assign drivers to vehicles and shifts.
