Overview
The Parking module manages hospital parking operations including slot allocation, vehicle entry/exit tracking, fee collection, and staff parking permits.
Vehicle Tracking
Track vehicles entering and exiting the facility:
- Entry gate: Record vehicle number, type (two-wheeler, car, auto), driver type (patient, visitor, staff, vendor).
- Parking slot assignment: Auto-assign based on availability or manual selection.
- Exit gate: Calculate parking duration and fee.
- Staff vehicles: Pre-registered with annual permits -- auto-recognised at entry.
- Emergency vehicles: Fast-track entry with no fee.
Fee Management
Configure parking fees:
- Rate slabs: First 2 hours free, then hourly/daily rates.
- Category-based pricing: Different rates for two-wheelers vs cars.
- Patient discount: Reduced or waived fees for admitted patients' vehicles.
- Monthly passes: Staff and regular visitors.
- Payment collection: Cash, UPI, or linked to patient bill.
Reporting
Reports include: Occupancy trends by time of day, revenue collection, average parking duration, staff vs visitor split, and peak hour analysis.
