Overview

The Facility Management module provides a unified view of all hospital infrastructure -- buildings, floors, rooms, and spaces. It supports space allocation, room booking for non-clinical purposes, and facility utilisation tracking.

Space Registry

Define your facility layout:

Buildings and floors with naming conventions.
Room types: Clinical (OPD rooms, OT, ICU bays), Administrative (offices, conference rooms), Support (stores, CSSD, kitchen), and Common Areas (lobbies, waiting areas, cafeteria).
Room details: Area (sq ft), capacity, equipment installed, department assigned.
Floor plans can be uploaded as images for visual reference.

Room Booking

Book non-clinical spaces:

Conference rooms for meetings and CMEs.
Seminar halls for training programs.
Guest rooms for visiting consultants.
Calendar view showing availability.
Recurring bookings for regular events.
Booking approvals for high-demand spaces.

Utilisation Reports
