Ward View
The Ward View provides a visual representation of all beds in a selected ward, showing:
- Bed status (occupied, available, reserved, maintenance)
- Patient name, admission date, and expected discharge
- Attending doctor and primary nurse
- Acuity level and isolation precautions (if any)
- Pending actions (lab results, consults, procedures)
Click any bed to drill into the patient's full IPD chart.
Census Reports
The Census page provides real-time and historical statistics:
- Current occupancy by ward, floor, and bed type
- Admission and discharge counts by day/week/month
- Average Length of Stay (ALOS) by diagnosis and department
- Bed turnover rate
- Readmission rate (within 30 days)
- Midnight census for regulatory reporting
Reports can be exported to Excel or scheduled for automatic daily email delivery.
