Overview

Stock and Expiry Reports provide detailed visibility into inventory levels, movement patterns, and shelf-life management. They are critical for minimizing wastage and ensuring patient safety.

Stock Reports

Available stock reports:

  • Current Stock Summary: total quantity and value per item across all stores.
  • Stock Ledger: complete transaction history for each item (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).
  • Reorder Report: items at or below reorder level requiring procurement action.
  • Dead Stock: items with zero movement in the last 90 or 180 days.
  • Fast-Moving Items: items with highest consumption rate.
  • ABC-VED Analysis: items classified by value and criticality.

Expiry Reports

Shelf-life management:

  • Expiring Soon: items expiring within the next 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • Already Expired: items past their expiry date requiring quarantine and disposal.
  • Near-Expiry Alerts: automatic notifications for items approaching expiry.
  • FEFO Compliance: verify that items are issued on a First-Expiry-First-Out basis.
  • Expiry loss quantification: total value of expired stock by period.
  • Vendor-wise expiry analysis: identify vendors supplying short-shelf-life stock.
