Overview

The Contract Management module tracks all organisational contracts including vendor agreements, AMC contracts, insurance empanelments, consultant agreements, and lease agreements. It provides renewal reminders, document storage, and financial tracking.

Contract Registry

Register all contracts:

• Contract type: Vendor Supply, AMC, Manpower, Consultant, Insurance TPA, Lease, Service.
• Parties: Internal signatory and external party.
• Financial terms: Contract value, payment schedule, escalation clauses.
• Duration: Start date, end date, auto-renewal terms.
• Documents: Upload the signed contract, amendments, and correspondence.
• Key clauses: Termination conditions, penalty clauses, SLA commitments.

Renewal Management

Never miss a renewal:

• Auto-reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry.
• Renewal workflow: Review, renegotiate, approve, execute.
• Renewal history: Track all renewals with changed terms.
• Lapsed contract alerts for contracts that expired without renewal action.

Performance Tracking

Track contract performance:

• SLA compliance for service contracts.
• Spend tracking against contract value.
• Vendor performance linked from the procurement module.
• Insurance empanelment: Claims processed, rejection rate, payment turnaround.
• AMC: Calls logged, response time, parts cost vs contract coverage.
