Overview

The Physiotherapy module supports rehabilitation workflows with assessment tools, exercise prescription, session tracking, outcome measurement scales, and home exercise program generation.

Assessment & Evaluation

Structured assessment templates cover: joint range of motion (goniometric recording per joint), manual muscle testing (0-5 grading), pain assessment (VAS, NRS with body diagram), functional assessment (Barthel Index, FIM), gait analysis notes, and postural assessment. Each assessment auto-generates a problem list and treatment goals.

Treatment Planning

Create treatment plans with: modality selection (IFT, TENS, ultrasound, SWD, laser with parameter settings), manual therapy techniques (mobilization grade, manipulation details), therapeutic exercises (with sets, reps, hold time, resistance), and functional training activities. Plans include target number of sessions, frequency, and expected outcomes.

Session Tracking

Each session records: modalities applied with settings used, exercises performed with actual performance vs target, pain level before and after, progress notes, and home exercise compliance. The system generates a progress graph showing objective measures (ROM, strength, pain) over the course of treatment. Session billing is automatically generated based on procedures performed.

Home Exercise Programs

Build home exercise programs from the exercise library. Each exercise includes a description, instructions, images or video links, and prescribed dosage (sets, reps, hold time, frequency). Programs can be printed as illustrated handouts or shared digitally with patients via a secure link. Compliance tracking lets therapists see which exercises patients report completing.
