Overview

HR Reports provide comprehensive data on workforce composition, attendance patterns, leave utilisation, overtime, and compliance. They support HR managers and hospital administrators in making data-driven people decisions.

Standard Reports

Pre-built HR reports:

  • Headcount Summary: total employees by department, designation, employment type.
  • Attrition Report: employees who exited with reasons and tenure.
  • Attendance Register: daily attendance log for selected period.
  • Leave Utilisation: leave consumed vs. entitled by type.
  • Overtime Report: overtime hours and cost by department.
  • Credential Expiry: staff with credentials expiring in the next 30/60/90 days.
  • Recruitment Pipeline: open positions and candidate status.

Report Configuration

Customise and schedule reports:

  • Filter by date range, department, designation, or employment type.
  • Group by any dimension for summary views.

Notes

Tip

Schedule the credential expiry report to run weekly and email the HR team. Expired medical registrations can have serious legal implications.
