Overview

The Organization Structure module visualises and manages the hospital's hierarchy -- departments, sub-departments, reporting lines, and headcount distribution.

Org Chart

Navigate to HR > Organization to view the interactive org chart:

Visual tree structure showing departments and their reporting relationships.
Click any department to see its head, headcount, and sub-departments.
Click any person node to view their profile summary.
Expand/collapse branches for focused viewing.
Export the org chart as an image for presentations.

Department Management

Manage departments within the organization:

Create departments with name, code, and parent department.
Assign department head (HOD).
Set cost center linkage for financial tracking.
Define standard positions and headcount per department.
Track filled vs. vacant positions.
Department-level analytics: attrition rate, average tenure, gender ratio.
