Overview

The Training module manages staff education and certification programmes. It integrates with the LMS (Learning Management System) to deliver courses, track completion, and maintain compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Course Management

Navigate to HR > Training > Courses:

  • Create courses with title, description, category, and duration.
  • Course types: Mandatory (compliance), Role-specific, Optional (professional development).
  • Add learning materials: documents, videos, presentations, quizzes.
  • Set passing criteria: minimum score, attendance, and completion percentage.
  • Assign courses to departments, designations, or individual employees.

Tracking & Compliance

Monitor training progress:

  • Dashboard: overall completion rate, overdue training, upcoming deadlines.
  • Employee-wise training record: completed, in-progress, and pending courses.
  • Certification tracking: auto-renew reminders for time-bound certifications (BLS, ACLS, fire safety).
  • Compliance report: percentage of mandatory training completed by department.
  • Training hours per employee: track for appraisal and regulatory reporting.

Notes

Tip

Set up mandatory training for BLS/ACLS, fire safety, and infection control at the start. NABH requires evidence of regular staff training completion.
