Overview

The Recruitment module provides a complete Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing the hiring pipeline -- from job posting through screening, interviews, and offer management.

Job Postings

Create and publish job openings:

  • Navigate to HR > Recruitment > Job Postings.
  • Define the position: title, department, designation, experience required, skills.
  • Set the number of vacancies and application deadline.
  • Publish to the career portal or share as a direct link.
  • Track applications received per posting.

Candidate Pipeline

Manage candidates through the hiring stages:

  • Pipeline stages: Applied > Screening > Interview > Selected > Offer > Joined.
  • Kanban board view for drag-and-drop pipeline management.
  • Schedule interviews with calendar integration.
  • Interview feedback forms for each round.
  • Automated email notifications to candidates at each stage.
  • Offer letter generation from templates.

Analytics

Recruitment metrics:

  • Time to fill: average days from posting to joining.
  • Source effectiveness: applications by channel (portal, referral, agency).
  • Funnel conversion rates: applied to screened to interviewed to hired.
