The Recruitment module provides a complete Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing the hiring pipeline -- from job posting through screening, interviews, and offer management.

Job Postings

Create and publish job openings:

Navigate to HR > Recruitment > Job Postings.
Define the position: title, department, designation, experience required, skills.
Set the number of vacancies and application deadline.
Publish to the career portal or share as a direct link.
Track applications received per posting.

Candidate Pipeline
