The Recruitment module provides a complete Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing the hiring pipeline -- from job posting through screening, interviews, and offer management.
Job Postings
Create and publish job openings:
- Navigate to HR > Recruitment > Job Postings.
- Define the position: title, department, designation, experience required, skills.
- Set the number of vacancies and application deadline.
- Publish to the career portal or share as a direct link.
- Track applications received per posting.
Candidate Pipeline
Manage candidates through the hiring stages:
